Return Policy

We accept returns on full roll orders, merch, and tools/accessories.

All sales of cut-size (anything under a full roll) are final and cannot be returned.

To qualify for a return, full rolls must be unused and in good condition.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

You're also responsible for making sure the return is packaged safely. If extra protection is needed, please prepare accordingly.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be refunded.

After a refund is issued, it may take 3–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
