Warranty Coverage
Coverage terms vary by product. Every warranty below is against manufacturing defects on professionally installed film, dated from your installation date.
Our self-healing PPF — standard and color — is covered against manufacturing defects for ten years from the date of professional installation. Color PPF carries the same term, with added coverage for pigment failure in the film itself.
Color PPF is included here. Standard and color paint protection film share the same ten-year term and the same conditions. Register whichever one you had installed — the coverage is identical.
- Yellowing and discoloration
- Staining
- Cracking
- Blistering and bubbling
- Delaminating
- Color fading, pigment separation, and topcoat failure (color PPF)
- Professionally installed in the manner we recommend
- Registered to the original vehicle owner
- Maintained per our care guidelines
Korean-made nano-ceramic tint, backed for as long as the original owner keeps the vehicle. Up to 93.4% infrared rejection with no signal interference, and it stays that way.
“Lifetime” means the life of your ownership. Coverage runs for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle the film was installed on. It does not transfer with a sale.
- Fading and discoloration
- Bubbling and peeling
- Cracking and delamination
- Adhesive failure
- Professionally installed
- Registered to the original vehicle owner
- Cleaned with non-ammonia products only
Optical-grade protection for windshields and glass, covered against manufacturing defects that affect clarity or adhesion for one year from the date of professional installation.
Glass takes a beating. This warranty covers defects in the film, not impact damage. A rock strike that chips the film is doing exactly what the film is there to do, and is not a defect.
- Delamination
- Hazing or clouding that affects visibility
- Edge lifting
- Adhesive failure
- Impact damage, rock chips, and cracks from road debris
- Scratches from wipers, ice scrapers, or debris
- Damage from improper cleaning
Vinyl is different from our other products. How a wrap performs depends heavily on how it was installed and how it has been cared for — factors outside our control and outside the material itself. For that reason, coverage on vinyl is limited and conditional.
Read this before you register. We offer a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the vinyl only where the wrap was professionally installed and you can provide documented proof of proper maintenance. Without both, there is no coverage. This warranty is limited to replacement material and does not cover labor, removal, or reinstallation costs.
- Professional installation by a qualified installer, documented
- Proof of proper maintenance and care history
- Claim submitted within one year of the installation date
- Original vehicle owner
- Manufacturing defects present in the film as supplied
- Adhesive defects originating at manufacture
- Anything attributable to installation — lifting, tenting, seam separation, edge failure, or overstretching
- Failure on complex curves, recesses, and aggressive contours
- Improper washing, pressure washing, automatic car washes, or harsh chemicals
- Normal wear, UV fading, and environmental exposure
- Any claim without documented installation and maintenance records
Not sure what you have? If your card is missing or you can’t tell which product was installed, register with whatever details you have — your installer’s name, an order or service number, or the VIN. We’ll match it against the installation record and confirm your coverage by email. All terms above are summaries; your warranty card and the full limited warranty terms govern.
