TINYBOT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tinybot website located at tinybot.com (the “Site”) and any purchases or interactions with Tinybot (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1) ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account details current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2) PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

We may change product offerings, prices, and availability at any time. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased per order or per customer
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or resale violations (retail orders)

3) ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. Orders are not guaranteed until accepted and confirmed by us.

4) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance (unless required otherwise by law). If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us promptly so we can assist with carrier claims.

5) RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return and refund terms are described in our Return Policy (incorporated into these Terms). If there is a conflict, the Return Policy controls for returns/refunds.

6) PRODUCT USE, INSTALLATION, AND CARE

Vinyl/PPF installation results can vary based on surface condition, prep, and installer skill. You are responsible for following product instructions and best practices. Any warranties are limited to what is explicitly stated in our warranty policy (if provided).

7) WHOLESALE TERMS (TINYBOT WHOLESALE PROGRAM)

If you apply for or purchase through Tinybot’s wholesale program (“Wholesale”):

A. Eligibility
We may require verification (e.g., business info, reseller permit, website/social presence, or other documentation). Approval is at our discretion and may be revoked if eligibility changes or terms are violated.

B. Wholesale Pricing and Minimums
Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, roll minimums, tier requirements, and discount levels may change. Any quoted pricing is not guaranteed until an order is placed and accepted.

C. Resale and Marketplace Restrictions

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

  • Wholesale purchases are intended for resale/installation services or resale through approved channels
  • You must not represent Tinybot as your manufacturer
  • You must not remove branding/labels where applicable
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, taxes, and marketplace rules

D. Taxes and Resale Certificates
You are responsible for providing valid resale documentation where required. If not provided or invalid, sales tax may be charged as required by law.

E. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale returns may have different conditions than retail returns (restocking fees, unopened condition requirements, or exclusions). See our Wholesale Policy (or contact support for current rules).

8) PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may have exclusions, limits, and expiration dates. We may cancel promotions at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively unless we choose to do so.

9) MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Tinybot, you agree that:

  • We may send marketing and/or non-marketing messages depending on what you opted into
  • Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
  • For help, reply HELP
  • We may use an automated system to deliver messages

We only send marketing texts to users who have provided appropriate consent, consistent with SMS compliance best practices and A2P/10DLC approval expectations.

10) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (text, images, branding, product names, graphics) is owned by Tinybot or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

11) PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false information or impersonate others

12) DISCLAIMERS

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site operation or that the Site will be error-free.

13) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tinybot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) at issue.

14) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Tinybot harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

15) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.

15) DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE; GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, or any products purchased from Tinybot (collectively, “Disputes”), will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You and Tinybot agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any Dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, fraud, or other harm where monetary damages may be inadequate.

17) CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
