SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Enter with photos only. Upload 3-5 high-quality, well-lit images that highlight overall presence and key details. Aim for clean compositions, no heavy watermarks. Add your build info and credits in the description. You can include video links for potential partnerships, but videos won’t count toward judging.

  • Upload 3–5 images, high res JPG/PNG, 2–10 MB each.
  • You must be following Tinybot on Instagram to be eligible to enter.
  • Include year/make/model, color or wrap/paint, major mods, shop + photographer credits.
  • You must own the car or have owner authorization; we may request proof.
  • Keep it safe, legal, and respectful; no heavy watermarks or overlays.

Rules Snapshot

Skills-based photo contest. Finalists chosen by Tinybot panel; public vote decides People’s results among finalists.

Eligibility: U.S. 18+ for prizes. International submissions may be showcased but are not prize-eligible.

Verification: Winners must respond in 72 hours with ID, proof of ownership, and photographer permission (if applicable).

Credits: Not cash; non-transferable; 12-month expiry; taxes/shipping on winner.

Fair Play: We may void suspicious/automated voting.

Legal: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Not sponsored by Instagram/TikTok. Governed by CA law.

Judging & Finalists

This is a skills-based photo contest.

Internal Panel Selection (Finalists):

Tinybot will review all eligible entries and select up to 12 finalists based on:

  • Wow factor & design vision
  • Craftsmanship & execution
  • Photography quality & storytelling
  • Details & documentation

Public Voting (People’s Vote):

  • On Nov 3, Tinybot will post finalists to Instagram (grid, carousel, and/or Stories).
  • Voting will occur via likes, comments, and/or Story polls.
  • Votes may be aggregated across formats and posts.
  • Voting closes Nov 5 at 11:59 PM CT.
  • Tinybot may disqualify suspicious or automated voting.

Tinybot reserves the right to determine winners in its sole discretion in the event of ties, suspected fraud, or technical issues.

Verification & Proof of Ownership (Required for Winners)

Before prizes are awarded, potential winners must provide verification within 72 hours:

  • Proof the car belongs to you (e.g., current registration, title, or insurance card with your name & VIN)
  • OR signed letter and contact info from legal owner plus proof of your control/possession
  • Government-issued photo ID matching entrant name
  • Photographer permission (if you didn’t shoot photos): simple release or email
  • Raw/original files on request
  • Model/property releases if people or identifiable property appear

    Failure to comply may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection.

Rights You Grant to Tinybot

By submitting, you grant Tinybot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, publish, and display your photos, build details, and social handle to advertise and promote this contest and Tinybot’s channels (site, social, email, ads), with reasonable credit to you and the photographer. You retain ownership.

Prize Conditions

  • Store credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and expire 12 months from issue.
  • Credits may be used for eligible products at Tinybot.com; taxes and shipping are the winner’s responsibility.
  • Approximate total ARV: $1,750.

Notifications & Announcements

  • Finalists notified by email (and potentially DM) on Nov 3.
  • Public voting runs Nov 3–5 on Tinybot’s Instagram.
  • Winners announced on Nov 7 via Tinybot social and posted on the website.

Legal Stuff

  • No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
  • Tinybot may cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical issues impair integrity.
