We want every install to be a success, and we’re happy to offer tips or guidance if needed. However, installation outcomes are not guaranteed, as results can vary depending on user experience and external conditions.

Tinybot is not responsible for any issues that occur during or after installation.

🎨 Vinyl Warranty Policy

What’s Covered:

- Manufacturing Defects

- Visual flaws in the material or adhesive that make the product unsuitable for its intended use.

- Packaging Defects

- Issues with the product’s original packaging, such as damage or improper sealing.

✨ PPF & Color PPF Warranty

- Manufacturing Defects

- Visible flaws in the film or adhesive that affect product performance.

- Packaging Defects

- Original packaging damage or sealing issues.

- Tinybot 10-Year Warranty

- Our PPF films are protected by a 10-year product warranty.

What’s Covered

- Fading and Burning

- Cracking

- Yellowing

📩 How to File Your Warranty

Each order includes a warranty card.

To activate your warranty, fill out the card and email it to us within 14 days of installation.

Email your warranty card to warranty@tinybotvinyl.com

Be sure to include your order number on the warranty card.

Do not file multiple cars under one order number—incorrect filing may void your warranty.

Please note: Normal wear and tear, peeling, and external damage (e.g., impact, accidents, poor maintenance) are not covered under this warranty.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

Please review the product before use. If you're unsure, we recommend testing a small section first.

 Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product has already been installed or used and a defect was visible beforehand.

- The warranty does not cover:

- Labor costs

- Installation or removal damage (e.g., to paint or clear coat)

- Issues caused by improper installation

- Damage from accidents or impact after installation

- Poor results due to improper vinyl care or maintenance
