Shipping Policy
Here’s how our shipping works! 🚚
– Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET ship out the same business day.
– Orders placed after that will ship the next business day.
– We ship with UPS or USPS.
– We don’t ship to PO Boxes — orders with a PO Box will be canceled.
⏱️ Delivery Times
We move fast—most orders ship quickly! Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Most orders will arrive within delivery estimates and we are happy to help you track your order if needed.
Please note: Delivery estimates begin the business day after your order ships.
For example, if your order ships on a Monday with a 1-day delivery method, it will arrive on Wednesday, not Tuesday.

Please note, if you are located in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, shipping may take 7 to 14 business days or longer depending on the carrier and service.

🌍 International Shipping
We offer international shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

🧾 Special Orders
Looking for a color that’s not in stock on our site? Contact us—we’ll check availability for you.
Special orders are available for full roll orders only and require an additional $150 special order fee.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll send a replacement if the item is still in stock. If it’s not available, you can choose another item of equal value or we’ll notify you when it’s back in stock.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll need to file a claim. To help us do that, please send us clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product.
Please note:
We’re not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after delivery (e.g., due to weather or pets). We recommend choosing a secure delivery location to avoid any issues.
